Two people, one entity.
LandKey Homes is the name on the sign. JC Property Ventures, LLC is the name on the deed — Jeremy Pittman and Connor Ellard, 50/50.

Who does what
Connor Ellard
Land and construction
Connor finds the tracts, buys them, and runs everything that happens on the ground — clearing, septic, utilities, the set, the shop. He's a licensed Oklahoma real estate agent, which means a state board can take his licence over how he deals with you. He'll walk any property with you before you sign anything.
Jeremy Pittman
Business and closings
Jeremy runs the financing, the closings, and the paperwork that turns a home and a piece of ground into one piece of real estate. He's also the one who publishes the certificate numbers on every spec sheet, and who wrote this page.
How we work
We're not wholesalers — our name goes on the deed.
We buy the acreage outright and record the deed in our name. We pay for the clearing, the septic, the water, the electric, and the driveway. Then we set a new home on it and sell you the finished property.
That's a slower and more expensive way to do this than assigning a contract to somebody else, which is what most of the postcards in your mailbox are offering. It's also why we can tell you exactly who installed your septic system.
Rural acreage in Creek County, Oklahoma, southwest of Tulsa. We build a few homes a year, not a subdivision at a time.

Both of us read what comes through this site. Neither of us will put you on a drip campaign.
