LandKey Homes

The house, the land, and the shop. One price.

A new home on Oklahoma acreage with a 30x40 shop beside it. You own the ground under it — no lot rent, and nothing left to finish.

Open pasture in Creek County, Oklahoma seen from a red gravel county road, with a barbed wire fence in the foreground and a post oak treeline along the horizon.

What you're getting

2.5 acres is about 330 feet across. Nobody is sharing a wall with you.

That's the whole argument for buying out here, and it's the part a listing photo taken from the porch never shows you.

  • A corner fence post on a rural Oklahoma property, barbed wire running away in two directions across open tallgrass toward an oak treeline.

    The land

Open ground on all four sides of the house, and a tree line at the back. You own it outright — no lot rent, no landlord, and nothing between you and the road but your own driveway.

  • A new single-storey house sitting small in a wide open pasture, with a metal workshop building beside it and an oak treeline behind.

    The house

2,001 sq ft, 5 bedrooms, 3 baths. Three baths means nobody is waiting on a shower. It's new — not somebody else's twenty-year-old floor plan with their wear already on it.

  • The inside of an empty metal workshop: bare concrete floor, insulated walls, a workbench, and an overhead door open onto pasture.

    The shop

1,200 sq ft of concrete floor. A truck, a boat, a mower, and a workbench along the wall, with room left to walk between them. Insulated, with overhead doors and a lean-to.

Land. Groundwork. Home.

Everything that has to happen to raw ground before anyone can live on it is already done.

People who buy a piece of land and try to do this themselves find out how much of the budget disappears before the house ever shows up. Ours is one purchase, one closing, and one number that already covers it.

Every permit and certification on the house is published on that home's page, with numbers you can check yourself. The questions we get most are answered there too.

  1. 01

    Land

Bought, titled, cleared, and graded. The driveway and culvert are in.

  2. 02

    Groundwork

Septic permitted and installed. Water set. Electric run to the house.

  3. 03

    Home

The house set on a permanent foundation, and a 30x40 shop built beside it.

We build a few of these a year, so the list is short and so is the email. Nothing else goes to it.
